Trademark Renewal
A registered trademark in India is valid for ten years from the date of application and can be renewed every ten years, indefinitely. As long as it is renewed on time, your protection never ends.
The renewal application can be filed up to one year before the expiry date. If the deadline is missed, there is a short grace period in which renewal is still possible with an additional fee. After that, the mark is removed from the register, and getting it back becomes harder.
